Terms of use

These terms cover your use of iBook QBank at app.ibookseries.com, run by iBook (ibookseries.com), publisher of the iNerd question banks. By creating an account or unlocking a question bank you accept them.

Your account

• One account is for one person. Use your real full name and an Egyptian mobile number you own.
• Each account works on one device only. The first device you study on is locked to the account. To move to a new device, contact support and we reset it.
• On phones and tablets the questions open only in our mobile app; phone browsers can’t protect the content.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Access to question banks

• You unlock a question bank with an activation code or by paying online through Kashier.
• Access lasts for the period shown before you pay or printed with your code — either a length (for example 3 months or 1 year) or until a fixed date.
• If an exam timetable changes, we may move the end date of a fixed-date plan. The current end date is always shown in your account.
• Each activation code works once. A used code can’t be moved to another account.
• Subscriptions don’t renew automatically and you are never charged again without paying yourself.

Content protection

The questions, answers and explanations are copyrighted. Your access is a personal licence to study them yourself.

• Don’t copy, screenshot, record, print, photograph, share or resell any part of the content, and don’t share your account.
• Your name and mobile number appear faintly over the questions, and every account’s copy carries a hidden mark, so a leaked copy can be traced to the account it came from.
• Attempts to copy or record are logged. Repeated attempts flag the account; a confirmed breach suspends it without refund, and we may take legal action.

Explanations and AI

Some explanations are drafted with AI (Claude, by Anthropic) strictly from the pages of the source book, then reviewed and approved by the author before you see them. The content is for exam study and is not medical advice.

Payments and refunds

Prices are in Egyptian pounds (جنيه). Card and wallet payments are handled by Kashier; we never see your card details. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We may update question banks, features and these terms; when the terms change in a way that matters, we tell you in the app.
